Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

If an eligible order is cancelled, an item is unavailable after payment, or a refund is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Actual credit time depends on the payment method and banking network.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your bank account is debited but the order is not confirmed, avoid making repeated payments immediately. Contact Ameen Hub with your order/payment details.
